Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
