General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of Agricultura Ecologia SON RACO S.L. with customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.

3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3.2 By placing an order, the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The contract is only concluded when the order is explicitly accepted or the goods are dispatched.

4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are stated in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
4.2 Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
4.3 The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Delivery is made within Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
5.2 The usual delivery time is 3-7 working days.
5.3 If a product is not available, the customer will be informed and has the right to withdraw from the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear declaration by email or letter to the provider.
6.4 The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2 The provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.

8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the data protection regulations, which are available in the online shop.

9. Final Provisions
9.1 Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 If any clause of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
9.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Artà, provided that this is legally permissible.
