Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping Areas
We ship within Spain, including the Balearic Islands. Shipping to other countries is available upon request.

2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process and depend on the weight and volume of the ordered products.
2.2 For orders over [XX] EUR, shipping within Spain is free of charge.
2.3 Any additional costs, such as customs duties or import taxes for international shipments, are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Delivery Times
3.1 Delivery within Spain usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the confirmation of payment.
3.2 If a product is out of stock or if there is a delay in delivery, we will inform the customer immediately.

4. Shipping Providers
We work with different courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. The selection of the shipping provider depends on the destination and the type of product.

5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, provided the selected shipping provider offers this service.

6. Transport Damage
6.1 If the goods show visible transport damage upon delivery, we ask the customer to report this immediately to the shipping provider and to inform us.
6.2 Claims for transport damages made at a later stage may complicate the processing of compensation claims.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery attempt. Additional shipping costs may apply.
